Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping & Delivery
We offer multiple shipping options across the USA:

USPS 2-Day Shipping is the free shipping option on orders over $200.
PO BOX orders will be shipped using USPS. FedEx does not deliver to PO BOX addresses.
FedEx delivery time is calculated in business days (Monday-Friday). We only ship orders Monday-Friday.
Overnight orders placed on Friday will not be delivered on weekends.
Same day shipping applies for all orders received and paid for before 12:00PM EST on weekdays; these are shipped out the same day. Orders received after 12:00PM EST will be processed and shipped next day. During days of high order volume, your order may take up to 1-3 business days to ship.

Power Cell Labs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Weather
Carrier issues
Other factors beyond our control
Orders returned to sender due to customer error will incur a $10 reshipment fee.

Refunds & Exchanges
Requests for returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order. 
Product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Opened products are not eligible for refund or exchanges.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. (Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.)
Refunds will only be issued as store credit subject to a 15% restocking fee. 
Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
